Told the sweet barista lady that I liked a layer of solid caramel drizzle at the bottom of my drink because I like sucking up little chunks of it “like little chunks of happiness”. She was super nice and fawned with me about how she totally gets it and left me a cute little message on the cup “hope you enjoy your little clumps of happiness :3” really wish I had thought to get her name! Great experience.
This is THE BEST location!!! We had a terrible experience at another location. We decided we would go by the Renner store and ask if they could help us and WOW!! WHAT AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Kate and Alex were so kind and got right to work remaking our drinks. Even if it's a little farther to go to this store make that choice, you won't regret it!!!
Team remade my drink after my clumsy butt dropped it after the door hit my arm on the way out. Really appreciate that, would have been a rough morning without the latte If there's a way to make the side door close slightly slower that would be great!
